Duty Manager

Job description

As Duty Manager, you are responsible for a team of approximately 40 employees. You ensure that the amusement park operates optimally throughout the day. Managing the Park department is one of your key duties. Together with your colleagues in the management team, you lead the staff of the entire amusement park, which includes the catering department, among others.

• You provide assistance where necessary, are the point of contact for visitors, keep staff alert and ensure that all rules and regulations are complied with.
• Your working days can be flexibly arranged in consultation, with at least 1 weekend day being an advantage.

Your activities

• You manage the various departments at the Play Park;
• You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Play Park;
• Drawing up and monitoring work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing instructions where necessary;
• Monitor the implementation in qualitative and quantitative terms, take appropriate action in the event of (imminent) deviations from the planning/quality;
• Participate on the work floor where necessary;
• Correctly handling and processing incoming complaints;
• Monitoring the composite objectives;

This is you

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Good command of the Dutch language is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• Proactive and solution-oriented;
• Good command of MS Office (Word and Excel);
• In possession of a first aid diploma, or willing to obtain one;
• You live in the region
