Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in our park. Guide dogs are welcome. Please inform us of this at the ticket office when you enter the park.
Free WiFi is available throughout the park.
Minimum height and age requirements apply to the attractions. This applies to all our attractions and is indicated on the information boards at the entrances. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of our park staff; they will be happy to assist you. Before your visit, please check all the attractions and play equipment and use the height gauge.
Ticket shopUnfortunately, we don't have wheelchairs available for use at our park. We do have facilities for people with disabilities, such as accessible toilets. Most of our park is wheelchair accessible.

During quieter moments, it does happen that we run combination shifts.
This means that 1 employee operates multiple attractions alternately.
The attractions have a green sign that says: 'Open! Ask an employee.'
Would you like to go on a ride, but there is no one there at the moment? Then ask a staff member at another attraction.
The attractions at Oud Valkeveen are fairly close together.
In case of rain, an attraction may be closed or unsafe to enter. Please always check the signs at the attractions for more information. Between rain showers, we will dry the attractions as much as possible so they can be accessed again quickly. Attractions that will (temporarily) close in the event of rain include the Mega Slide and the Oldtimers. More attractions will close during thunderstorms. Check the map to see the many indoor play options!

No, we don't have family passes; all passes are personal. Everyone aged 2 and older needs a pass or ticket.

Subscription terms and conditions informationFor the care of your baby, there are changing facilities available in the toilet groups at the playground.
Our first aid station is located near the snack bar. When you ring the bell, a staff member will come to you as quickly as possible. Just need a bandage? You can find one in the dispenser on the first aid station door.
At Speelpark Oud Valkeveen, you can use the bicycle parking facility free of charge. Please park your bicycles neatly in the designated racks.
Have you found a lost child? Please bring them to the ticket office or speak to one of our staff members. Thank you very much!
Parking at Oud Valkeveen Playground is completely free. Oud Valkeveen Playground has two spacious parking lots.
Restrooms are free to use and are located throughout the park. There are also special restrooms for guests with disabilities.
If you've lost or found something, you can fill out the form on our "lost and found" page. Most lost items are found at the end of the day during the final cleaning of the park. Once you've completed the form, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
